How to Find Tickets After Creating a New Brand

Updated:

When a new brand is created, the brand configuration is not applied instantly. If a ticket is created immediately after brand creation, the ticket may not appear on the Ticket list page.

Expected timing behavior

  • Brand configuration completion time: typically 5–10 minutes
  • Impact: Tickets created before brand configuration completes may not be visible on the Ticket list page until the configuration finishes.

Required action

Wait 5–10 minutes after creating a new brand before creating tickets to ensure the brand configuration is fully set up and ticket visibility is consistent.
