How to Resolve Image Download Issues in Outlook for BoldDesk Email Templates
Outlook automatically blocks picture downloads from the Internet for security purposes. You have the option to unblock pictures that you trust and deem safe for download. There are two methods to address the issue of images not loading in the BoldDesk outlook email template.

Navigate to Outlook Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.

Disable the options in the Automatic download feature.

After turning off the above options, the image will be automatically downloaded in the bolddesk email templates.
Alternatively, click the icon labeled “info” at the top of the email to find the option for downloading the image as shown below. You can download the image using this option.
