How to Update Billing and Shipping Address in BoldDesk
As an account administrator, you can update your billing name, billing address, and shipping address on the Billing Details page to ensure invoices and receipts reflect accurate information.
- When you update your billing information, future invoices will use the updated address.
- Previous invoices will remain unchanged.
How to Provide Billing and Shipping Address
Provide billing and shipping details in the following format:
- Name
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- State
- Country
- Zip Code
Steps to Update Billing Address

Navigate to Admin → Billing and Subscription.
