Activating WhatsApp account in BoldDesk

Follow the given steps to activate the WhatsApp account.

1. Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

2. Click the Inactive account list column.

3. From the account list, click the Kebab icon and select Activate.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate the WhatsApp channel.
   
   

   
   
   

Deactivate WhatsApp account in BoldDesk

Follow the given steps to deactivate the WhatsApp account.

1. Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

2. Click the Active account list column.

3. From the account list, click the Kebab icon and select Deactivate.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate the WhatsApp channel.
