Why isn’t my channels listed in BoldDesk configuration?
- The “Add New Notification” modal does not refresh the channel list automatically when adding a BoldDesk app. Close the modal and try adding the app again.
- Confirm that the BoldDesk app has been added to the Slack channel by referring to this KB article: https://support.bolddesk.com/kb/article/14089/installing-and-configuring-the-slack#step-3:-add-bolddesk-app-to-slack-channel
