Activity Module Permissions in BoldDesk
Published:
Agents can view the activity module only if the Activity module permission is enabled for their role.
View all activities permission
To view all activities in BoldDesk, users must have the View All Activities permission.
- Without the View All Activities permission, users can only see activities they:
* Have created themselves
* Are assigned to
* Are watching - If a user has restricted access and wishes to share it with another user, the user can be added as a watcher to the activity, allowing the user to view it.
- Based on this permission restriction, users can change the activities they can view by modifying watcher settings.
- Furthermore, users with access to a ticket can view and modify its related activities, even without View All Activities permission. These activities are found under the Activities tab on the ticket details page.
