Follow the given steps to reauthenticate Instagram in BoldDesk:

1. Sign into BoldDesk

2. Click Admin > Chat > Instagram
   
   

   
   
   

3. Click the Reauthenticate option to reauthenticate Instagram in BoldDesk.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Log in with Facebook (or Continue as the account you’re already logged in with):

5. You can click Reconnect to direct reauthentication without changing previous settings or you can choose Edit previous settings to modify previous settings.
   
   

   
   
   

6. Select the businesses you want BoldDesk to access and click Continue.
   
   

   
   
   

7. Select the Facebook page(s) that you want BoldDesk to access and click Continue
   
   

   
   
   

8. Choose which Instagram business account you want to use with BoldDesk. You can select one or multiple accounts. Click Continue
   
   

   
   
   

9. Review the necessary permissions BoldDesk requires for seamless integration with your Facebook page, and click Save.

10. Click Reconnect to finish reauthentication with Instagram.
