Manage Instagram Accounts in BoldDesk
BoldDesk empowers users to manage their Instagram accounts efficiently.
You can perform the following actions directly from BoldDesk:
- Add, edit, delete, activate, and deactivate accounts
- Seamlessly link accounts to brands and groups for better organization and communication.
Adding an Instagram account
Follow the given steps to configure an Instagram account in BoldDesk:

Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage

Click Add account

Enter a Name, select your Instagram Business Account and choose a Brand and Group

Click on Next
-
Toggle the switch to turn on Auto Reply to send automated replies when customers message you for the first time.

Click Save option.
Editing an Instagram account
The following are steps to edit an Instagram account in BoldDesk:
- Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage
- Click Edit icon and select Edit
- Navigate to Edit Account pop up
- Click Update.
Deleting an Instagram account
Follow the given steps to delete an Instagram account in BoldDesk:

Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage

Click Edit icon and select Delete

Click Yes, Delete to delete an Instagram account.
Deactivating an Instagram account
Follow the given steps to deactivate an Instagram account in BoldDesk:

Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage

Click Edit icon and select Deactivate

Click Yes, Deactivate to deactivate an Instagram account.
Activating an Instagram account
Follow the given steps to activate an Instagram account in BoldDesk:

Click Yes, Activate to activate the Instagram account.
