How to Link or Unlink Ticket Forms to Brands in BoldDesk

Follow the procedure outlined in this guide when it is necessary to link an existing ticket form to a brand, associate it with an additional brand, or dissociate it from a brand after creation. Manage these associations via the Ticket Forms page, as the Edit Form dialog does not provide an option to modify the Brand field.

Show ticket forms that are not associated with any brand

To quickly find ticket forms that are not associated with any brand, enable Show forms not associated with a brand near the All Brands dropdown in Admin → Ticket Forms.

Steps to associate an existing ticket form with a brand

  1. Go to Admin → Ticket Forms.

  2. From the All Brands dropdown, select the target brand.

  3. Click Add Form.

  4. Select Existing.

  5. In the dialog box, select one or more ticket forms to associate with the selected brand.

  6. Click Add.

Steps to remove a ticket form from a brand

  1. Go to Admin → Ticket Forms.

  2. From the All Brands dropdown, select the brand from which the form should be removed.

  3. Locate the ticket form in the list.

  4. Click the X icon for that form.

  5. When prompted, confirm the removal by selecting Yes Remove.

  1. Can I associate a ticket form with a brand after creating it without a brand in BoldDesk?
    Yes. If a ticket form was created without a brand association, you can later associate it with the required brand from Admin → Ticket Forms using Add Form → Existing.
