Activating an Instagram account in BoldDesk

Follow the given steps to activate an Instagram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage

2. Click Inactive account list column

3. Click on the kebab icon and select Activate
   
   

   
   
   

4. Click the Yes, Activate button to activate the Instagram account.
   
   

   
   
   

Deactivating an Instagram account in BoldDesk

Follow the given steps to deactivate an Instagram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > Manage

2. Click Active account list column

3. Click on the kebab icon and select Deactivate
   
   

   
   
   

4. Click the Yes, Deactivate button to deactivate the Instagram account.
