BoldDesk enables easy mapping of accounts with specific brands and groups, improving organizational structure and communication efficiency. It also allows you to link each Instagram account to a specific brand and group for seamless brand-to-account mapping.

Mapping a brand and group

Follow the given steps to add a brand and group with an Instagram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > View Accounts > Manage
   

   

2. Click Add Account
   

   

3. Select the specific brand from the dropdown

4. Click Next to continue the linking process of the Instagram account.
   

   

Editing a brand and group

Follow the given steps to edit a brand and group mapping with an Instagram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Instagram > View Accounts > Manage
   

   

2. Click Edit
   

   

3. Select the brand that has to be changed from the dropdown

4. Click Next to continue the linking process of the Instagram account.
