How to Forward Distribution List Email as a Support Email in BoldDesk

You can add distribution lists as support emails in BoldDesk and enable email forwarding. Once added, any email sent to that distribution list will be automatically created as a ticket in BoldDesk.

After adding, a forwarded email address will be generated as highlighted in the screenshot below. Copy the ‘Forward email’ address shown in the screenshot, add it as a user/member of the distribution list, and save the changes.
