How to Prevent Customers from Closing Tickets

You can restrict customers from closing a ticket in the customer portal.
To do this, go to Admin > Customer Portal > Tickets> and configure the Ticket Closure Settings.
The GIF below demonstrates that disabling this setting will prevent customers from closing tickets.
