How to Prevent Customers from Closing Tickets

Admin → Customer Portal → Tickets

Locate Ticket Closure Settings.

Disable the option that allows customers to close tickets.

Save the changes.
Once disabled, the Close Ticket action is removed from the Customer Portal view.

- Customers can view and reply to tickets.
- Customers cannot move tickets to a Closed status.
