Get Started with BoldDesk Twilio Integration

Twilio SMS enables businesses to efficiently send updates, improving service delivery and providing timely communication to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Receive and respond to Twilio messages

  1. A customer / User can initiate a Twilio conversation by sending messages. When an incoming Twilio message is received, a new chat conversation will be created in BoldDesk.
  2. You can view Twilio conversations in the chat module and respond to customer / user messages directly from BoldDesk.

Supported messaging types:

Text and Emoji messages are the only formats supported for communication through your Twilio account. Media attachments are currently not allowed.
