Twilio SMS enables businesses to efficiently send updates, improving service delivery and providing timely communication to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Receive and respond to Twilio messages
- A customer / User can initiate a Twilio conversation by sending messages. When an incoming Twilio message is received, a new chat conversation will be created in BoldDesk.
- You can view Twilio conversations in the chat module and respond to customer / user messages directly from BoldDesk.

Supported messaging types:
Text and Emoji messages are the only formats supported for communication through your Twilio account. Media attachments are currently not allowed.
