Prerequisites & Access Requirements

- BoldDesk access: Admin rights to Admin → Marketplace and Admin → My Apps.
- Stripe access: Permission to view Developers → API keys and copy the Secret key.

Connect Stripe Account
- Log into your Stripe dashboard account and navigate to Stripe > Developers > API keys.
- Copy the secret key present in the API keys section for configuring Stripe in the BoldDesk® marketplace.
Install and Configure Stripe
- Go to Admin menu > Marketplace.
- Search for and select the Stripe app.
- Click Install to initiate the installation of the Stripe app.
- Enter the Stripe account name and its API key, then select Verify & continue.

In the manage section, you can connect multiple accounts, edit, delete, or deactivate existing accounts, and also reactivate any deactivated account.
How to Connect Multiple Accounts
To add additional Stripe accounts in BoldDesk®, follow these steps:
- Click Admin menu > My Apps > Stripe > Manage.
- Click Add Account
Editing Stripe Accounts
To edit a Stripe account:
- Click Admin menu > Marketplace > Stripe > Manage.
- Click the kebab icon under Action and select Edit to go to the Edit Account page.
- Modify the account details on the Edit Account page.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Stripe Account
Follow these steps to delete a Stripe account:
- Click Admin menu > Marketplace > Stripe > Manage.
- Click the kebab icon under Action and select Delete.
- Click Yes, Delete in the confirmation dialog to delete the account.
