Eligibility for the official Green Tick badge: A verified business can apply for the prestigious Green Tick on its WhatsApp Business number.

Higher messaging limits: Verified businesses can quickly scale their messaging capacity beyond the initial limit of 250 contacts per 24 hours, enabling seamless communication with a larger audience.

Ability to add more phone numbers: Instead of being limited to just two phone numbers, verified businesses can expand their reach by adding more numbers to their WhatsApp Business API as needed.

Business Manager verification process

Follow these steps to verify your Business Manager account:

1. Log in to the Meta Business Manager.
2. Go to Settings and navigate to Security Centre then click on Start Verification.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Get Started to start the verification.
   
   
   
   
4. Select a country and click Next.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose a business type and click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Add organization details and click the Next button.
   
   
   
   
7. Select the My business isn’t listed option and click Next.
   
   
   
   
8. Select a contact method.
   
   
   
   
9. Add necessary documents.
   
   
   
   
10. Enter and confirm your email address, and click Send email to get a confirmation code. This step depends on the contact method you’ve selected in the previous step.
    
    
    
    
11. Enter the confirmation code and click Next.
    
    
    
    
    
12. Click Done.
