How to Change the Language in Profile Settings on the Mobile App

To change the language in profile settings on mobile app, follow the given steps:

The outlined steps are intended for support portal users (Agents) accessing the mobile app. These steps are not applicable to end users or customers, as the mobile app currently does not support customer access.

  1. Click the Profile icon highlighted below.

  2. Click the View Profile settings.

  3. Select General to customize and update the preference.

  4. Click language and pick the default language from the list.
