How to Link Brands and Groups to a Telegram Account in BoldDesk

BoldDesk enables easy mapping of accounts to specific brands and groups, improving organizational structure and communication efficiency.

It also enables you to link each Telegram account to a specific brand and group for seamless brand-to-account mapping.

Mapping a brand and group

Follow the given steps to associate a brand and group with a Telegram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
   
   
2. Click Add Account.
   
   
3. Select the specific Brand and Group from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Verify & Continue to continue the linking process of the Telegram account.
   
   

Editing a brand and group

Follow the given steps to edit the brand and group mapping with a Telegram account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
   
   
2. Navigate to the Active account list column.
3. From the account list, click the kebab icon (⋮) and select Edit.
   
   
4. Select the Brand and Group to be edited from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Verify & Continue to finish the process.
