To easily view all your tickets with the auto-refresh feature, we recommend using the Ticket List Page. You can create and save custom views to display tickets based on your preferred filters.
The system automatically checks for new tickets in the current view every 7 minutes. If new tickets are detected, you will receive a prompt to refresh the list at your convenience. This ensures you stay updated effortlessly while maintaining full control over when to refresh.
