Auto-Refresh for Ticket List Pages

To easily view all your tickets with the auto-refresh feature, we recommend using the Ticket List Page. You can create and save custom views to display tickets based on your preferred filters.
How Auto-Refresh Works
The system proactively checks for new tickets in the current view every 7 minutes. If any are detected:
- You’ll receive a gentle prompt encouraging you to refresh.
- A manual refresh is required to load new emails into the list.
- This ensures you stay updated effortlessly while maintaining full control over when to refresh.
