How to Adjust Agent and purchase the Offer Account

When your Offers subscription expires, we kindly request that you purchase a plan to keep your subscription active. To continue your subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Admin Center page.
- Click the Billing and Subscription option to open the billing and subscription portal.
- On the active subscription page, click the Continue Subscription option. The change plan dialog will be shown.
- Select the desired plan and click Continue to choose the billing cycle.
- Select the desired billing cycle and adjust the required agent count click Continue.
- Review the details of the payment card, selected plan, and the total amount due today. If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it and click Update.
Note:
- Plan, agent downgrades, and billing cycle changes will be reflected in the next billing date.
