How to Change the Activity Layout View

You can change the activity layout view by using the following options.

  1. Open the Agent Portal and click on the Admin module.
  2. Select the Agent Portal menu under SETTINGS and choose the Activities tab.
  3. Under the preferences, locate the ‘Activity Layout’ option. You can choose between ‘Grid View’ (default) or ‘Detail View’ for displaying activities.
  4. Once you select your preferred layout, save the changes.

You may also change the layout within the activity module by selecting the Switch Layout option. Refer to the GIF for further details.

Note: These settings can be applied organization-wide, but agents can override them in their personal settings if they choose not to inherit from global settings.
