Steps to Link a Previous Ticket to a Cloned Ticket

  1. Open the cloned ticket.
  2. Go to the Links tab and click Link Ticket.
  3. Choose the link type:
    • Related Ticket: Click Add Ticket, search by ID or title, and select it.
    • Parent Ticket: Click Add Parent, search, and select.
    • Child Ticket: Click Add Child, search, and select.
  4. Ensure both tickets are active.
  5. Linked tickets will appear in the Links tab, and the source ticket can be viewed in the History tab.
