Steps to Reorder Ticket Views

  1. You can add frequently used ticket views to your favorites by clicking the Add to Favorite icon.
  2. Once added, the view will appear in a separate Favorites folder for easy access.
  3. You can now reorder the ticket views in the Favorite Ticket Views folder. Simply drag and drop the views to your desired position using the designated icon.
