Steps to Reorder Ticket Views
- You can add frequently used ticket views to your favorites by clicking the Add to Favorite icon.
- Once added, the view will appear in a separate Favorites folder for easy access.
- You can now reorder the ticket views in the Favorite Ticket Views folder. Simply drag and drop the views to your desired position using the designated icon.
