How to Invite Friends and Earn Commissions in BoldDesk
The Refer and Earn program in BoldDesk enables administrators to invite new users to the platform and earn commission credits based on successful subscriptions.
These credits are automatically applied to future BoldDesk subscription invoices, helping reduce overall account costs.
Commissions can only be used for BoldDesk subscription payments. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
How to Participate in the Refer and Earn Program
Follow these simple steps to start referring and earning:

Access the Refer and Earn Page
- Sign in to your BoldDesk account.
- Go to Admin > General > Refer and Earn from the left navigation menu.

Share Your Unique Referral Link
- Copy your personalised referral link displayed on the page.
- Share the link via email, social media platforms, or messaging apps to invite others.

Invite Friends via Email
- In the Invite via Email section, enter the email addresses of people you want to invite.
- Click Send Invite to send them an invitation containing your referral link.

Earn Commissions
- You’ll earn 30% commission when someone subscribes to a paid BoldDesk plan through your referral link.
- Commissions are credited monthly for up to 12 months as long as the referred customer remains an active paid subscriber.
- Earned commissions are automatically applied to your future BoldDesk subscription invoices.
You can send up to 25 email invites within a 24-hour period. If you reach the limit, you’ll need to wait until the next day to send more invitations.

The Refer and Earn program is available to users with an Active subscription, Startup Offer, or Syncfusion Offer. NGO Offer subscribers are not eligible to participate. -
Who can access the Refer and Earn program?
Only users with admin access can view and access the Refer and Earn page. Agents without admin privileges will not see this option. -

No, instead we offer a referral programme. BoldDesk has a Refer and Earn (referral) programme:- Earn 30% commission on your referrals’ monthly subscriptions for up to 12 months.
