How to View Commission and Transaction Details in BoldDesk

Overview

The Commissions page provides an overview of your earnings, usage, and available balance. The transactions page offers a detailed record of all commission-related activities.

Accessing the commissions page

To access the commission page, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your BoldDesk account.
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Admin > General > Refer and Earn.
  3. Select the Commissions tab.

The Commissions page offers a concise summary of your referral earnings, including:

Field Description
Commissions Earned The total amount accrued through successful referrals.
Commissions Used The commission amount utilized for subscription payments.
Commissions Balance The remaining balance of your earned commissions.

A summary table provides the following details for each referral transaction:

  • Referral’s Email Address
  • Purchase Date
  • Sale Amount
  • Commission

Accessing the Transactions page
  1. Sign in to your BoldDesk account.
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Admin > General > Refer and Earn.
  3. Select the Transactions tab.

The Transactions page provides detailed information about all commission-related activities, enabling you to track how your earnings are utilized:

Field Description
Date The date of the transaction.
Commissions Added The total amount of commissions credited from successful referrals.
Commissions Used The commission amount utilized for subscription payments.
Commissions Balance The remaining balance of your earned commissions.

Notes
  • Commissions are credited only once the referral completes an eligible purchase.
  • Accumulated balances can be used to pay for subscriptions within the platform.
  • Email addresses and timestamps assist in tracking your referral and transaction history.
