Alternative to the Share Ticket Feature

You have multiple groups and need a way to gather input from different users or groups without using the "Share Ticket" feature, which may not be available on your current plan.

Solution:

You can manage this by manually creating a new group that includes the necessary users and then reassigning the ticket to that group whenever input is required. Here's how to do it:

  1. Create a New Group (Group 3):

    • Include the users (e.g., Person A from Group 1, and Person B from Group 2) who need to provide input in this new group.

  2. Reassign Tickets:

    • When input is needed, manually reassign the ticket to Group 3.

  3. Return the Ticket to the Original Group:

    • Once the necessary input is provided, you can reassign the ticket back to the original group or the required group for further action.
