How to Block Outbound Emails to a Specific Email Addresses in BoldDesk

1 min read
Updated:

If you would like to prevent BoldDesk from sending notifications to a specific email address (for example, noreply@domain.com), we can assist you by blocking it from our end. Once the email address is blocked, no further notifications will be sent to it from your BoldDesk account.

To request a block for an outbound email address, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support@bolddesk.com
  2. Include the following details in your message:
    • Your BoldDesk portal URL (e.g., yourcompany.bolddesk.com)
    • The email address you would like to block.

This action will permanently prevent all outgoing emails from BoldDesk to the specified address. If you need to reverse the block in the future, please contact our support team again.

Additionally, if you’re looking to stop ticket creation from certain senders, you can add those email addresses directly to the blocklist in your BoldDesk portal. This ensures that incoming messages from unwanted addresses do not generate new tickets.

For step-by-step instructions on how to manage your incoming email blocklist, please refer to this help article:
