Admin Guide: Managing Gupshup WhatsApp Phone Numbers in BoldDesk

BoldDesk empowers users to manage their Gupshup WhatsApp phone numbers efficiently.

Functionality: Users can perform various actions including adding, editing, deleting, activating, and deactivating their Gupshup WhatsApp phone numbers.

Brand and Group Mapping: BoldDesk facilitates seamless mapping of accounts with specific brands and groups, enhancing organizational structure and communication efficiency.

Editing a Phone Number

The following are steps to edit a Gupshup WhatsApp account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Gupshup WhatsApp > Manage.
2. Click the more options icon (:) and select Edit.
3. Update the phone number information according to your needs on the edit account page.
4. Click Update.
   
   

Deleting a Phone Number

Follow the given steps to delete a Gupshup WhatsApp account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Gupshup WhatsApp > Manage.
2. Click the more options icon (:) and select Delete.
   
   
3. Click the Yes, Delete button in the confirmation dialog to delete a Gupshup WhatsApp Account.
   
   

Deactivating a Phone Number

Follow the given steps to deactivate a Gupshup WhatsApp account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Gupshup WhatsApp > Manage.
