Add or Remove Web Links in a Conversation

In BoldDesk, users can manage external web links to a conversation, which can be used as a reference.

Steps to Add a Web Link

1. Open the conversation where you want to add a web link and go to the Links tab.

2. Click Add Link and enter the Display Text and the URL.

3. Click Add to save the web link.

Steps to Remove a Web Link

1. Go to the Links tab in the conversation and locate the web link you want to remove.

2. Click the Remove icon next to the web link.

3. Click Yes, Remove to confirm the deletion.
