How agents with administrative roles can update their own profile information

In BoldDesk, agents with the Manage agents permission can efficiently review and update not only their own profile details but also those of other agents, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Agents with the Manage agents permission have the ability to update their own profile details, with the exception of Email, Ticket Access Scope, Chat Access Scope, and Roles. Should they wish to modify these specific fields, they can request assistance from one of their agents with administrative privileges to make the changes on their behalf.
How to update personal information
- Navigate to the Admin module.
- Select Agents under the Manage section.
- Find and open your agent account.
- Click on the Edit Agent option.
- Edit the required fields as needed.
- Press Update to apply and save your changes.
Agents with the Admin role are required to have the Manage agents permission in order to edit the personal details of other agents as well as their own profile information.
