Submit a Support Ticket
You can create a ticket directly through the BoldDesk support portal:

To access the portal, you need to log in using one of the following account types:
- Syncfusion Account
- Google Account
- Microsoft Account
Steps to Submit a Ticket:

Visit the BoldDesk Support site and click on the Login button.

Click on Login with Syncfusion, or choose your preferred login method.

If you already have a Syncfusion account, enter your credentials and sign in. If not, click Sign Up to create a new account.

On the signup page, you can:
• Sign up using your Google account
• Sign up using your Microsoft account
• Or, fill in the form to register a Syncfusion account manually

After successful registration, repeat Steps 1 and 2 to log in. Once logged in, you can create and submit your support ticket.
