How to Export Articles in BoldDesk

BoldDesk currently does not support direct article export from either the agent or customer portals. However, users can still generate hard copies using the built-in print option.

You can also link articles within other articles, a feature that can be creatively used to compile and print a list of available articles, offering a practical alternative to exporting. Learn how to link articles effectively in BoldDesk.

How to print articles

  1. Navigate to and select Knowledge Base.
  2. Browse through the list of articles and identify the one you wish to print.
  3. Click on the Print option.

  1. Complete the required fields in the pop-up page, then click Print.

  1. In the subsequent window that appears, assign a name to the file for the exported article.
  2. Click Save to download the article onto your device.

The feature to export articles via the agent portal will be introduced in upcoming releases.
