How to Print Knowledge Base Articles in BoldDesk

BoldDesk allows users to generate hard copies of knowledge base articles using the built-in Print option available in the customer portal.

Steps to Print an Article

  1. Navigate to and select Knowledge Base.

  2. Browse through the list of articles and identify the one you wish to print.

  3. Click on the Print option.

  4. Complete the required fields in the pop-up page, then click Print.

  5. In the subsequent window that appears, assign a name to the file for the printed article.

  6. Click Save to download the article onto your device.
