How to Export Articles from the Agent Portal
BoldDesk allows agents to export knowledge base (KB) articles directly from the Agent Portal. This feature simplifies sharing, archiving, reporting, and reviewing support content outside the platform.
The export process uses the current article view and applied filters. Agents can select specific fields and formats for export. Once initiated, the export is queued, processed, and delivered via email with a download link from the configured support email address.
Permission to Export Articles
To use this feature, agents must have the Export articles permission enabled in their role settings. Admin > Roles and Permissions > Knowledge Base > Export Articles
For instructions on assigning permissions, please refer to the How to Manage Roles and Permissions documentation.
