2 mins read
Updated:

Google Meet is a powerful collaboration platform that allows users to schedule, join, and manage virtual meetings efficiently.

Integrating Google Meet with BoldDesk allows support agents to schedule meetings directly within BoldDesk. All meeting details—including participants, links, and durations—are automatically recorded in the activity comments.

Key Features

  • Schedule meetings from BoldDesk: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel meetings directly within BoldDesk. This streamlines your workflow and keeps all your meeting activities organized in one place.
  • Join meetings from BoldDesk: Once a meeting is scheduled, the link is automatically added to the activity comments, allowing agents to join meetings directly from BoldDesk.
  • Meeting events added to Google Calendar: When Google Meet is configured in BoldDesk, any meeting you create is automatically added as an event in your Google Calendar.
  • Get reminders from Google Calendar: Meeting updates are sent via email, and reminders are triggered 30 minutes before the meeting. These notifications are managed through the Google Calendar platform.
