Managing LINE Accounts in BoldDesk

BoldDesk allows users to effectively manage their LINE accounts by facilitating smooth account mapping to designated brands and groups. Users can conveniently add, modify, remove, activate, and deactivate their LINE accounts.
Editing LINE Account
The following are steps to edit a LINE account:
- Click Admin > Chat > LINE > Manage.
- Click the more option icon, choose Edit, and proceed to the Edit Account page.
- Update the account information on the Edit Account page.
- And proceed in accordance with the edit page to ensure successful configuration.
Deleting LINE Account
Follow the given steps to delete a LINE account:
- Click Admin > Chat > LINE > Manage.
- Click the more options icon and select Delete.
- Click the Yes, Delete button in the confirmation dialog to delete a LINE Account.
Deactivating LINE Account
Follow the given steps to deactivate a LINE account:
- Click Admin> Chat> LINE> Manage.
- Click the more option icon and select Deactivate.
- Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate a LINE account.
Activating LINE Account
Follow the given steps to activate a LINE account:
- Click Admin> Chat> LINE> Manage.
- Navigate to the Inactive tab, then click the Edit icon and choose Activate.
- Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate a LINE account.
