How to Approve or Reject Approval Requests via Email

To make the approval process quicker and more convenient, BoldDesk allows approvers to take action directly from their email — without needing to log in to the portal.
When an approval request is sent, the approver will receive an email notification. Instead of logging in, they can simply reply to that email with a command to approve or reject the request.
What to Include in Your Reply
- To approve the request, reply to the approval request email with: #status approved
- To reject the request, reply to the approval request email with: #status rejected
