How to Configure AI Resolution Usage Alerts and Limits

To manage AI resolution usage effectively, you can set alerts and limits for AI agent resolutions. This allows you to monitor consumption, avoid unexpected overages, and maintain control over your AI usage.
Steps to Configure AI Resolution Usage Alerts and Limits
1. Access the Usage and Alerts Section

Navigate to
AI > AI Agents > Usage & Alerts
in the agent portal.
2. Enable Pay-As-You-Go AI Resolutions
- If pay-as-you-go AI resolutions are enabled, you’ll see the option: Set usage limits and alerts.
- Click this option to proceed.
3. Set Usage Limits and Alerts
- A configuration pop-up window will appear.
- Toggle the button to enable AI Agents resolutions.
- You can now set usage limits and alert preferences.
4. Define Resolution Thresholds
- Enter the desired resolution limit threshold for AI agents.
- Optionally, check the box to receive alerts at 50% and 80% of the threshold usage.
5. Choose Action Upon Reaching Threshold
- You can decide how the system behaves when the threshold is reached:

Continue using AI Agents: AI resolutions will remain active even after exceeding the limit.

Pause using AI Agents: AI resolutions will be temporarily paused until the monthly reset.

6. Save Your Changes
- Click the Save button to apply your configuration.
7. Monitor Usage
- Go to the Usage and Alerts page to track your usage via a progress bar.
- This visual indicator helps you stay informed about your current consumption.
