Viewing the Underlying Data for Dashboard Widgets

Dashboard widgets display a quick overview of the summarized metrics. But sometimes, you might want to see the actual data behind those numbers. This article shows you how to view and understand the widget’s underlying data in details.

How to View Widget’s Underlying Data

1. In the Reports module, open the dashboard you want to analyze.
2. Click on the widget to you to view its underlying data.
3. The detailed underlying data will be displayed.

How to Reorder Column Fields in Underlying Data

You can personalize your data view by reordering the column fields in the underlying data. This helps you prioritize key fields to align with your workflow and make data analysis faster and more efficient.
Follow these steps to reorder column fields:

1. On the data details page, click Columns to display the available fields.

2. Click Reorder, then drag and drop the fields to match your preferred arrangement.

3. Click Apply to save changes.

Exporting the Underlying Data

There are two options available for exporting data: Export and Advanced Export.

• Export: This option allows you to quickly export the data with default settings. Simply click the Export button, and the data will be exported.
• Advanced Export: This option provides additional customization before exporting. You can:
  • Choose the file format (either Excel or CSV)
  • Add a subject line and CC recipients
  • Select the preferred time zone
