Each time the AI Agent generates a reply, credits are consumed based on the complexity of the request and the length of the generated response. These credits represent the processing resources used by BoldDesk AI Agent to generate responses. Every AI-generated interaction consumes credits.

How AI Credits Are Consumed

Auto-purchase helps prevent service interruptions by automatically purchasing an AI Credit Pack when your balance falls below a configured threshold.

With auto-purchase:

  • AI operations continue without interruption
  • Additional credits are purchased automatically
  • Spending limits and thresholds can be configured

Usage Alerts & Monitoring

You receive alerts when usage reaches:

  • 50%
  • 60%
  • 70%
  • 80%
  • 90%
  • 100% (mandatory)

Credit Depletion Behavior

When AI Credits reach zero:

  • AI-generated responses stop immediately
  • Manual ticket handling continues normally

  • Credits are purchased

  • New subscription credits are added
