Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • An active BoldDesk subscription
  • Admin or billing access
  • A valid payment method

How to Purchase AI Agent Credits

  1. Open Billing Settings

    • Go to Admin → Billing & Subscription
  2. Select AI Agent Credits

    • In the AI Agent Credits section, click Purchase AI Agent Credits

    You can also open the AI Agent Credits tab from the left panel of the Billing page.

  3. Choose Credit Packs and Settings

    • Select the number of credit packs you want to purchase

    • (Optional) Enable Auto Recharge to automatically replenish credits when your balance is low

  4. Review and Complete Payment

    • Review your selected credits and pricing

    • Confirm or update your billing details

    • Click Pay (or Update) to complete the purchase
