FAQs
Q1. What is the safest way to handle brand variants?
A: Either create separate templates (e.g., shipment_update_brandA) or use brand variables (e.g., brand‑specific footer/URL).
Q2. If I update a template, what happens to ongoing conversations?
A: Messages use the active template version at send time. For predictability, pin a specific version in critical automations.
Q3. Can I restrict who can send Marketing templates?
A: Yes. Configure role permissions and approval policies to limit access and enforce opt‑in.
Q4. How can I test variables before going live?
A: Use the Preview panel with sample payloads (or a test ticket) to render the template across locales and verify variable substitution.
