Resending a Verification or Invitation Email to Contact

Sometimes, customers may report cases of unreceived invitation/verification email sent when a new account are created. Agents can resend the verification email to the unverified contacts by following these steps:

  1. Go to Contacts module > Contacts >unverified Contacts.
  2. Click on Send Verification Email from the more options icon.

Alternatively, you can use the Send Verification Email option in the Contact profile page.

  • This option will not be visible if the contact is already verified, deleted, or blocked.
  • To perform this action, an agent should have the Create or edit contact permission enabled for them.

To send the verification emails to contacts, enable the Contact Verification event notification under the contacts tab in the email notifications settings.
