You can resize images in BoldDesk Knowledge Base (KB) articles using the WYSIWYG Editor. This allows you to adjust image dimensions for better readability and consistent formatting.
Resize an image by selecting it in the editor and either:
- Setting exact dimensions (pixels), or
- Dragging its corners for proportional resizing
Image resizing is not supported in the Markdown editor.
