Customizing Ticket Grid View Fields or Columns
Using the column chooser, agents can customize the ticket grid view based on the fields they want to show in the grid, with a maximum of 15 fields that can be selected. Additionally, it allows setting custom fields.

For customizing the ticket grid view, go to Ticket List Page > Grid View > Columns. The dropdown menu appears. You can select the required fields to display and click Apply.
You can reorder the fields by using the Reorder option.
Drag and drop the columns and click Apply.
Reset Option in Grid View
When both Column Chooser and Default Fields filters are used to customize the ticket grid view, a Reset option will appear at the top of the grid. This option allows users to discard any temporary column selections made using the Column Chooser and revert the view back to the default column layout defined in the Default Fields.

- You may adjust the ticket grid view by selecting the specific fields using the Column Chooser and select up to 15 fields to display.
- Furthermore, within the ticket detail view, you can rearrange the ticket fields in the form by utilizing the drag-and-drop functionality to place them in your desired order. These modifications will also appear on the ticket details page.
