How to Change the Sorting Order in a Ticket List View

You can modify the sorting order in BoldDesk to better organize your tickets. Go to Ticket List View > click Edit View Settings > select Ticket Sorting. Choose your preferred sorting order, such as Replied - Desc or Created - Asc, and click the Update button to apply the changes. The selected sorting order applies only to that specific view and will not affect other ticket views. You can update the sorting preference anytime by following the same steps.
