How to Restore Deleted Articles in the Knowledge Base

A deleted article can be restored from the deleted articles section by a user who has the restore permission.
Restoring deleted articles
Follow the given steps to restore deleted articles:
- Navigate to the KB (Knowledge Base) module by selecting it from the left menu.
- Click the Deleted Articles option to view the list of deleted articles.
There are two ways to restore the deleted articles.
- To restore a single article, click the Restore Article icon.
- To restore the multiple articles, click the Restore Button at the top-right corner.
- After clicking the Restore Article icon, a confirmation dialog will be shown as follows:
- After clicking the Restore button at the top, the confirmation dialog will be shown as follows:
- Confirm the restoration by clicking the Restore button within the dialog.
A success message will be displayed at the top right of the screen, confirming the restoration.
Note: When you restore deleted articles, the category and section related to that article will also be restored.
