Hide (Deactivate) a Predefined Ticket View
Predefined ticket views can be hidden from agents by deactivating the view in admin settings.
To deactivate a predefined ticket view, do the following:

Go to Admin → Ticket Views.

Select the ticket view to hide.

Click Deactivate.

- The deactivated ticket view is hidden from the agent Ticket module’s Views list.
