How to Exclude Agent View Count on the Article in self-service portal?

In the customer portal settings, there is an option to exclude the view count for the agent in the self-service portal.
Steps to follow to exclude the agent view of articles:
- Go to Admin Module in the left side menu.
- Navigate to Settings menu and select Customer Portal.
- Click the Knowledge Base tab
- Enable the highlighted option to “Exclude Agent View Count on Article”.
