How to Exclude Agent View Count on the Article in self-service portal?

In the customer portal settings, there is an option to exclude the view count for the agent in the self-service portal.

Steps to follow to exclude the agent view of articles:

  1. Go to Admin Module in the left side menu.
  2. Navigate to Settings menu and select Customer Portal.
  3. Click the Knowledge Base tab
  4. Enable the highlighted option to “Exclude Agent View Count on Article”.
